Driver Dies After Cardiac Arrest At Devil’s Bowl Speedway. WEST HAVEN, Vt. – Terry Stevenson, a competitor at Vermont’s Devil’s Bowl Speedway, died Sunday evening after suffering cardiac arrest behind the wheel of his super stock race car.
